The HCIC Member Handbook is published annually and contains information on what services you can get. It also tells you where you can go to get those services.
At least annually, all members may express their right to request and obtain the following information [42 CFR 438.10(f)(6) and 42 CFR 438.100(a)(1) and (2)]: name, locations, telephone numbers of, and non-English languages spoken by network providers in the member’s service area, including identification of providers that are not accepting new referrals. This information is available in the Member Handbook.
